The JB-POWER Tandem Step (Pillion Footrest)exists in various types from a machined aluminium version which is attached to the base plate of the JB-POWER Riding Step to titanium or special-order milled aluminium variants that are attached to the frame.
In many cases, I can use it as a silencer bracket, making it a simple, yet beautiful, solution of excellent practicality.
All JB-POWER swing arms benefit from our proprietary eye-shaped aluminium alloy pipe material, and in firmly supporting the chassis with its ideal balance of high rigidity and appropriate elasticity it makes riding safe and comfortable in various road surface conditions from low to high speeds.
The light-weight JB-POWER Headlight/Winker Bracket machined out of a solid block of high-strength aluminium. It is available in silver, black, or hard anodize and perfectly matches the JP-POWER milled aluminum Fork Bridge.
The engine output of the majority of air-cooled motorcycles produced between the ‘70s to the ‘90s is remarkably high. However, to make full use of that power and drive safely, it is necessary to reinforce the frame including the swing arm.
Reinforced frames are powered coated black and dry-baked in our in-house facilities. With powder coating, uneven surfaces are less likely to occur and it creates a thick layer of strong coating with excellent rust resistance and durability.
In many cases, BITO R&D also accepts special orders for custom bikes and competition machines.
