Inventiveness

While other manufacturers were still focusing on cast magnesium wheels, JB-Power developed the legendary MAGTAN, , a wheel lighter and stronger than any other wheel you could purchase.

Magtan

The Research and Development for the world’s first commercially available forged magnesium wheel “JB-POWER MAGTAN” began in 1995 and it was successfully commercialized in 1999. It is significantly lighter than its aluminum competitors as the weight of magnesium is about two-thirds that of aluminum. First, a preheated lump of high-strength magnesium is forged to billed with ultra-high pressure by an 8000t press. Then the rim section’s basic shape is achieved by a process called spinning (roll forging). Creating the final shape includes several machining steps on all surfaces and is executed with the latest CNC lathes and milling machinery.

JB-POWER MAGTAN has been successfully adopted by Suzuki and Kawasaki in the MotoGP as well as by various SuperBike Championship teams and established a firm position in the world of racing. Our revolutionary MAGTAN wheels improve the turning characteristics, the road following capability, brake stability and reduce fuel consumption. Additionally, newly developed materials, heat treatment, and rust prevention technology provide excellent shock absorption as well as significantly enhanced product lifetime under normal conditions. Carburetor

We have been using KEIHIN CR/FCR carburetors for many years and are proud to say that we have been the number one seller in the world. Apart from the usual tests on circuits as well as race participation, countless riding hours on public streets, winding mountain passes and highways gave us massive data and experience resulting in our advanced setting coupled with adequate modifications, executed with high-level craftsmanship, transformed the carburetor into a commercial product of outstanding qualities, the JB-POWER SPECIAL CARBURETOR.

This re-birth was only possible through our enthusiastic team tuners and machine constructors who took pride in manufacturing outstanding racing parts. In addition to our huge stock of the setting and spare parts, we also produce various related accessories such as machined aluminum funnels, mount adapters, and intake manifolds. From single to multi, even 6-cylinder, and cars, our vast variety of products is one of the reasons why we continue to be the world’s number one seller.

Exhaust

Made from only 0.7mm thin titanium pipes, ultra-lightweight, supreme performance exhaust… I think these facts speak for themselves. Each pipe is hand-bend one at a time resulting in an elaborately complex shape, creating a functional beauty and marvelous sound that only the owner can fully enjoy.

The available silencer positions are normal, roughly the same as the original exhaust, and UP-TYPE, like most of our JB-POWER Complete Machines. Additionally, it is possible to adjust it to the customer’s rear set as a “semi-custom” order. You can choose between three different silencer shapes, straight, megaphone, and angled megaphone which is a combination of silencer and tailpipe, to match your bikes custom style.

Lightness and the performance of improved flow-efficiency are obvious benefits, however, the extraordinary beautiful appearance created through hand bending, and the enticingly refined sound, are achieved by the consistent devotion of a skilled craftsman who firmly beliefs in delivering really good things with all his heart.

Suspension

Though you can find many different suspension units on the market, you will find none with the proper settings or specifications. That’s why the BITO R&D developed the “JB POWER KYB Special Front Fork” suspension system. Front fork and rear shock absorber can be considered as frame components that are closely related to the frame rigidity and have a significant influence on safety, handling, and riding comfort in handling the effects of the unspring load and running speed of wheels and tires.

The JB-POWER KYB Special Front Fork is a high-quality unit created by a collaboration between the leading domestic tuner and machine constructor, BITO R&D, and Kayaba Industries, Japan’s number-one suspension manufacturer. Without making any compromise BITO R&D has repeated numerous driving tests and improvements in order to find the perfect balance resulting in a product of supreme quality. Brakes

Brake performance is a very important factor for racing machines to safely operate under the extreme running conditions when competing for each 1/100 to 1/1000 of a second. Needless to say that the brake needs to have enough stopping power when needed, but also the responsiveness that it only works as much as you want when you want it and even the most subtle deceleration can be controlled as desired. Additionally, a consistent reaction when the same force is applied, stability and reliability ultimately define the best brakes.

The JB-POWER BRAKE SYSTEM uses a floating disc assembly of high-quality cast iron friction rings and milled aluminum inner rotors, a JB-6POT fixed radial caliper, and a ratio-adjustable AP-RACING master cylinder to increase stability without compromising responsiveness.

Engine

We established our business 34 years ago and since then we have tuned many engines and improved their performance. Throughout these years we have received many requests from our users all over the world. Some of these were like: “We cannot do maintenance during the races.”, “We would need one more engine with different specification.”, “We would like to keep using the discontinued model.” or “We would like to enjoy this even longer.”.

However, just rebuilding an old worn-out engine is not much of a challenge, that is why we developed the JB-POWER COMPLETE ENGINE. Utilizing our immense knowledge and advanced manufacturing technologies, we produce high-performance engines for a variety of models that are not only powerful, torquey and rev assuring smooth but are fun and touching to riders of any experience level. Naturally, we can meet special requests such as camshaft or displacement.

Frame Parts

Although all the parts that make up the chassis are relevant, rear set, swing arm and triple trees play an especially important role, however, none of the countless products on the marked none could match BITO R&D’s demanding standards (JB-SPEC). The desire to build products that would really satisfy many users led us to develop and manufacture our own frame parts.
